I want to thank Rapids Honda for reminding me how deceptive a Dealership can be, with all the New cars I have bought, add on's were explained in detail, not here, they just add them on and you can't deceptive a Dealership can be, with all the New cars I have bought, add on's were explained in detail, not here, they just add them on and you can't cancel or remove. I have had Auto Butler in the past and it is a Rip Off, I left a Message for Roy Lacey The General Manager of the Store to discuss this considering I got Nowhere with sales, He never returned my call. The practice of this Franchise in Chicago does this, Dealing with Scott Anderson about the overcharge for Floor mats, I finally got a refund for the Floor mats they charged me $499, in the parts dept they were 199 plus tax. When I reached out to Honda America they basically said Pack Sand, I will not refer or purchase another vehicle from these Crooks. When I go in for the Auto Butler service I will be standing in the shop watching the process but I believe they will spray a little wax on and wipe it off, we will see. In closing be sure to review what you sign, or just take your business elsewhere, Like Friendly Chevrolet or White bear Superstore. More
