I called in to the service center hoping to get two damaged tires replaced the same day and they were able to get me in without an appointment which was great. The service advisor I worked with in the damaged tires replaced the same day and they were able to get me in without an appointment which was great. The service advisor I worked with in the morning was great. When I picked my vehicle that evening a new service advisor was there. I paid, got my keys and went to my vehicle where I noticed the two new tires were 5psi lower than the original. I mentioned this to the advisor who insisted the tires would take a minute to calibrate. I knew this was untrue and insisted they be checked but was strongly advised otherwise. When I went home I checked the tires with a gauge and found they were 5psi lowed as the car stated. Very disappointing that I had purchased two new tires and this basic thing was not check. Also when I brought it to their attention they didn’t look. I’ve never had an experience like this getting tires and will look elsewhere next time. More

I bought a used car with an undisclosed transmission issue. After weeks of Rapids Honda 'working on it' I had to chase down the dealership general manager for a status update.
