I needed routine service on my '17 Ridgeline and this was my first visit to Rapids Honda. I was pleased with the service but would have appreciated a quick explanation of where to go to pick up the vehicle, my first visit to Rapids Honda. Some of the staffs are rude and have no respect for customers. I have to report the particular agent to their manager when he refused to let me use the same coupon that I used for my wife's car on my c customers. Even when other staffs told him what to do, he still adamant to charge me more. More
