Tried to trick or force us to purchase an expensive exterior care package. Very deceiving at first by slipping it in while presenting a monthly payment then when challenged they became defensive and i exterior care package. Seemed very unethical to me. Quality of the civic purchased, 2013 with 100k miles, was less than I expected based upon the price. I understand Covid/supply issues however for being a Honda dealer, I feel they should have at least addressed the loud rattling noise when cold, broken under body panels and high fuel trim numbers. I not expecting a certified Honda but shame on me I guess. We will not return to Rapids Honda ever again. Hope this helps! More

I think your clear coat and windshield spray is akin to bait and switch. Had I known that you charged those prices, I would have tried to get a better price. The clear coat feels like sandpaper! Also, the fob did not work and they said they couldn't fix it because you are not Nissan dealers. It would have been much more reasonable if you had had it fixed so I didn't have to worry about a possible extra $140 plus the $135 I paid. That could have been added to the price and not been noticed. Now when I get another coat of spray, I will have to figure out how to get a smooth coat like the cars on your show floor. I just got a call today (Nov 8, 2021) to come and sign the title. I will be in tomorrow to sign (Nov 9, 2021) More
