BE WARNED!!!!I did not make the purchase because of the BE WARNED!!!! I did not make the purchase because of the deceptive sales practices. My price of the Honda CRV Hybrid I was trying to purchase wa BE WARNED!!!! I did not make the purchase because of the deceptive sales practices. My price of the Honda CRV Hybrid I was trying to purchase was quoted to me over the phone at 33,185. I was told about a lifetime powertrain warranty included. I got to the dealership and was told that they do auto butler and 3M protection, Glass Protection service and all-season floor mats. I stated I did not want this service as it was not discussed with me prior. It was told to me that this is required on all of their vehicles. It is from a 3rd party vendor. 3m, Auto Butler and some glass company. It was applied to the car before I started to look at the paper work. They were going to charge me $1,400 for the items applied already. The full price for the 3rd party items was an additional $5,500. I told the manager and Jake the salesman that this was a deceptive sales practice. The sales manager told us what the definition of bait and switch was, so this is clearly not the first time they have heard this. I would hope that you would be able to look at this company for their deceptive sales practices. They are taking advantage of customers. I was told this was not an optional service, it must be included on every car or they will not sell it. It is an accessory from a 3rd party, not required by Honda. More

The finance department is not transparent at all. I cancelled the warranty services and they were supposed to send the cancellation to easycare, and I was waiting for that. I waited a month and then st cancelled the warranty services and they were supposed to send the cancellation to easycare, and I was waiting for that. I waited a month and then started tracking it, called Honda Financial Services, they said they have not received the cancellations. Then I called easycare and they also said they have not received it. So I sent my copy to easycare and 1 week later it was approved and they sent it back to the dealer. But when I call the dealer, they do not give me any useful information about the status. All I hear is you have to wait 3/4 weeks. Easycare handled the cancellation in just one week. These guys at the dealer are not transparent, don’t give any information about the status of the cancellation. Really disappointed! More
