Charged for a “diagnostic” service when I already knew the problem was the AC condenser that has been shown to be a problem in several other Honda Civics in that period of product. Found the car we were looking for, priced right and backed by a lifetime drivetrain warranty. On top of that, Jon took care of us, including providing lunch while we waited as he helped detail the car backed by a lifetime drivetrain warranty. First of all, I hate buying cars and kept my last one for 18 years (337,000 miles on it). I was dreading the whole experience, but Roger was great to work with and has been responsive to my questions and helping me set up my new (used) car with my phone, etc. You can imagine my old car had none of today's technology. I do think the non-negotiable add ons (Auto Butler and Diamon Fusion) should have been included in the price of the car in listing and that leaves me with the nagging feeling that I overpaid even with the websites telling me the base was an excellent price for a 2019 CR-V with very low mileage. My other reason for only 4 stars is they couldn't remove all the scratches on the hood and now they are "protected" with the Clearshield. I would have wanted to take it to a body shop to get it fixed better first. That aside, the service department is top notch. Even the facility design has plenty of space, it's clean and bright and easy access to the staff who have been a wonder to work with. I would like to especially call out Marlin and Lucas who have helped so much with all the things that needed to be addressed in purchasing my new car. A service department can make or break a dealership in my opinion and I have confidence that we will continue a positive relationship for many years. More
