My Sales person was excellent. The paperwork person and service are lacking. Detailing did not get done. They tried to have me sign to agree to auto sales calls on my phone. The last 2 times I have brought my vehicle in to be serviced, they have said it would be ready in 1-2 days but it hasn’t been ready for 5-6 days. And advisers never call to give me an update, I have to serviced, they have said it would be ready in 1-2 days but it hasn’t been ready for 5-6 days. And advisers never call to give me an update, I have to call and ask where my vehicle is. I understand parts are challenging to come by during this pandemic but this is more than a parts issue. Both times I have spent a considerable amount of money and never have I been offered a free rental as a convenience nor have I been treated as a valued customer. I have spent upwards of $3,000 this year at your dealership alone. Going to start bringing my vehicle in to Buerkle Honda. More

I will never return to Rapids Honda. Worst service ever. They charged me 100.00 and told me gas cap was not on tight. My AWD light was on so returned and and was told it was a sensor. They said they would check to see if it was covered by my extended warranty. They got back to me 3 days later and said it was covered by lifetime power train and that I would have to take back to where I bought it to have the work done. So glad because I took it to Richfield/Bloomington Honda and had the best service ever and a correct diagnosis. It was covered by my extended warranty and I even got a rental car at no charge while they did the wok! More
