Poor customer service from the moment I purchased my vehicle from this dealership that has led to nothing but headaches and regrets. Promise big , deliver small describes this dealership. Was told floor mats and undercoating included. They reneged on the undercoating sending me a check instead. The free oil changes they threw in were a curse since Honda techs dont know how to lift a 2010 Raptor on the hoist and damaged my running boards and left the drain plug loose on my truck. I dont even want to return for the second free oil change. More
