Service did not call me when my vehicle was done so I had to call them to check. My call forwarded to someone in an office who told me essentially that he could not help me. So he forwarded my call back to s to call them to check. My call forwarded to someone in an office who told me essentially that he could not help me. So he forwarded my call back to service which forwarded back to him!!! Not sure why you would intercept a call in line for service to someone who can’t help the caller!! I’m giving you a 4 instead of a 2 or 3 because the guy who answered the phone finally made a trip to service and called me to tell me my car was done! More
