When I bought the car I was promised 2 free oil changes. I went in for my second oil change on August 4. I was informed that I had to use the oil changes within one year of my purchase, and they would not I went in for my second oil change on August 4. I was informed that I had to use the oil changes within one year of my purchase, and they would not give me my second oil change. When I bought the car, no one mentioned that there was a time limit on the oil changes. I asked to talk to the service manager, and I was told that he was in a meeting. Since my auto service was supposed to take several hours, I asked the person at the service desk to have the manager talk to me before my car was finished. He never came to the waiting area to talk to me. I decided that I wasn't going to make a big deal out of their lack of customer service. Then I received an email asking for a review of their service. I filled out the review with a poor rating. I received a call from their service manager within 20 minutes. He listened to my complaint and said, " I need to get more information, I will call you back." The manager still hasn't called back, but they sent a second email asking for another rating. I am not impressed with their service or customer relations. I would recommend finding another dealership to buy a car from. More
