A paint protection plan that was ALREADY APPLIED that they make you pay an extra 399 for. The vehicle was advertised with a lifetime powertrain warranty, but when I got there they told me I would have to pay extra for it because the vehicle was 300 miles over their limit for the lifetime warranty.. Salesman made me go talk to mechanics in the shop to barrow tools to take my old license plates off. I will say the young lady that did the financial part was very pleasant. Overall I would not recommend this dealership or do business with them again. More

When I bought the car I was promised 2 free oil changes. I went in for my second oil change on August 4. I was informed that I had to use the oil changes within one year of my purchase, and they would not I went in for my second oil change on August 4. I was informed that I had to use the oil changes within one year of my purchase, and they would not give me my second oil change. When I bought the car, no one mentioned that there was a time limit on the oil changes. I asked to talk to the service manager, and I was told that he was in a meeting. Since my auto service was supposed to take several hours, I asked the person at the service desk to have the manager talk to me before my car was finished. He never came to the waiting area to talk to me. I decided that I wasn't going to make a big deal out of their lack of customer service. Then I received an email asking for a review of their service. I filled out the review with a poor rating. I received a call from their service manager within 20 minutes. He listened to my complaint and said, " I need to get more information, I will call you back." The manager still hasn't called back, but they sent a second email asking for another rating. I am not impressed with their service or customer relations. I would recommend finding another dealership to buy a car from. More

sales added a service contract to price when I asked them not to. I did not see it on the final tally sheet until after I went home.
