Excellent service! I had an oil leak and had spoken with one of the associates at the FSM Home Show. I decided to give Meineke a try based on that interaction. After waiting a short period of time, I was given a full assessment and cost for the repairs needed on my vehicle, as well as an estimate of how long it would take. All repairs were done for the price quoted. The gentleman I dealt with was very professional, and didn't talk down to be like so many in the automotive world tend to do when dealing with a female, which was refreshing. A great experience and I will definitely be back! More

General Maint. I needed to have an oil change, all round brakes, and transmission flush done. Took them just over 2 hours to get it done. Several visits to correct the service provided? Originally hopeful that we had found qualified service tech to service our marquis. Brought our 96 in for an oil change and ended up going back 3 time Originally hopeful that we had found qualified service tech to service our marquis. Brought our 96 in for an oil change and ended up going back 3 times to get oil plug leak stopped. Was told we had a leaking manifold ($800) quote with a bad rocker arm. Scheduled replacement while there replace front brakes and please clean air intake it has been running rough, turned out to be leaking water pump, replaced it rather than a manifold showed me the very small leak on manifold. Stopped in for second opinion turns out the newly installed water pump was leaking took Back again to change leaking new water pump. Car begin to run rough again so took it to back too long time service center second opinion, they tell me rocker arm is not bad, Air intake was filthy dirty. Called and told Phillip of my disappointment that the air intake did not appear to have been cleaned. Philip told me that suit could re cake up in three days. What he did not know is that I had not been driving it. The second opinion tells me an air intake manifold cleaning is good for 80,000 miles between cleanings. We will get our future service elsewhere. More

Happy St. Patrick's Day! My son an I had been looking for a car for the past month within a 75 mile radius of Van Buren. My wife had made arrangements with Mike Jennings an My son an I had been looking for a car for the past month within a 75 mile radius of Van Buren. My wife had made arrangements with Mike Jennings and Jerry Lovins to test drive a car at Rath Auto for St. Patrick's Day 2017. Jerry had the car ready to go for a test drive. He even gave us a route to follow that would demonstrate some of the features we were looking to test. Another staff member, Kathy, was generous enough to loan us her phone jack cable to test the audio system. After the test drive Jerry and Mike teamed up to meet a payment we had targeted. They even gave us a more than fair offer on our trade-in which was in pretty bad shape. During our short wait for Mike to find a bank to approve our loan, the staff offered us water, coffee and popcorn. One staff member added to the relaxed environment. She was dresssed as a leprechaun. Being of Irish Heritage I appreciated the gesture. In fact, I feel lucky that we chose to deal with Mike, Jerry and Rath Auto to purchase a quality car. More
