Jeff, Without having your last name we are unable to look up the exact quote we gave you but I can assure you we don’t recommend anything to our clients without cause. We have found insurance companies don’t always want to repair everything we recommend since they are looking to save every dollar possible but I would urge you to push them to replace every item necessary so you don’t run into issues later on. You Air Duct Cage was replaced. When your insurance company did the virtual inspection and they saw lining of your air box was chewed they didn’t deem it necessary to replace but it did have rodent damage. When insurance companies are involved we can only do the work they approved. The insurance company should have told you what they approved and didn’t.
