I have had the pleasure of purchasing all my vehicles since 1995 from Bernard Tremblay of Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold and formerly of Ray Catena of Monmouth. When they opened the Freehold store Bernard since 1995 from Bernard Tremblay of Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold and formerly of Ray Catena of Monmouth. When they opened the Freehold store Bernard became a founding salesman there. I have always found Bernard to have the highest ethical business standards and the patience of a saint. You have to understand that I can take up to 2 years to research a vehicle purchase before I actually purchase and then keep my cars for a long time. I still drive my 1997 SC300 daily which Bernard custom ordered for me to my specific requirements. Bernard also sold my wife her 1995 ES300 and 2004 RX330 (which she currently drives daily). I would be remiss if I did not also mention Christopher Gioffre, the Ray Catena Lexus Freehold Service Manager who has personally looked after all our vehicles all these years and treated them like they were his very own. As you can tell by now I have been very satisfied with both Bernard and Chris and I look forward to doing business with them in the future and wish them all the success they richly deserve. More
I enjoyed my experience at this dealership. I was immediately greeted by a staff member and was introduced to your sales representative, Jeff. I dealt with Neil Platt, he was very knowlegeable on the vehicle I was looking at and extemely pleasant to deal with. Flavio was the person who responded to me since Oct. 2010 when I started to inquire about Lexus car. This was followed with a phone call to my house. I did not feel pressured. He was consistent in giving me update on new certified car arrivals (RX 350) by sending me e-mails. Finally in Nov. 2010, I met him to test drive the car.A very professional and patient gentleman. Very nice. My husband was not into buying this car and I was suprised he gave me the go to buy. He likes Flavio too. He is just a great salesman and am very sure he is a good family man too with his actions you can tell he is genuine. He is highly recommended. I have already mentioned his name to a friend. Right now, we are loving our RX 350, looks like a brand new car. More
This was the first time I had done an internet search for a new car availbility/pricing and while I received several replies from various dealers, Ray Catena was by far the best pricing and this was obtained a new car availbility/pricing and while I received several replies from various dealers, Ray Catena was by far the best pricing and this was obtained without hassle. Delivery and paperwork were also very easy - just dealt directly with the salesperson (Flavio) with no separate Finance room. It was worth the extra drive for me in this case. More
The sales process was very low key. There wasn't a rush to get the car right away. I was able to bring my wife back and than make a decision. I would recommend this dealership to friends. The sales representative (Flavio Pinnheiro) is professional, friendly, and very helpful. All my questions and conserns were addressed in full. We previously purchased our 2008 Lexus ES350 from another dealer, which is nearer to our home. When it came time to purchase our 2011 Lexus RX350, Flavio (Ray Catena of Freehold) was the most responsive to dealer, which is nearer to our home. When it came time to purchase our 2011 Lexus RX350, Flavio (Ray Catena of Freehold) was the most responsive to my email inquiries and once we visited the showroom, we purchased our car the same day. The purchase was friendly and without any sort of pressure. I usually dread a new car purchase but Flavio made this a pleasure, so we can really enjoy our new car. More
