Buying a new car from Ray Catena Lexus 'Great' I've owned a few luxury vehicles purchased from different dealers. When I purchased my first Lexus from Ray Catena Lexus Oakhurst in 2004, I knew that I've owned a few luxury vehicles purchased from different dealers. When I purchased my first Lexus from Ray Catena Lexus Oakhurst in 2004, I knew that I would try and purchase any brand of car I owned through a Ray Catena dealer. At that time the salesperson, Laura was one of the best I've seen, knowledgeable, yet not pushy. When they opened in Freehold it got even more convenient. The same Ray Catena attitude, management style and service I was used to was now even closer to home. The entire buying experience was flawless. Bernard, the salesperson was knowledgeable, yet not pushy and went out of his way to drop my last new car off personally at my home and pick up the trade-in as I work very long hours. Bernard, is truly a great salesperson, he doesn't play games and tries his hardest to get the deal done without the usual car dealer back and forth games. I know that he would not be able to do this without management backing him up, so I would be remiss not to mention the manager Joel Cohen who really made sure that I was happy with the dealer, the sale and the entire buying experience. I drive about 35,000-40,000 miles a year so I trade in cars often. Even though I rarely need to use the service, Ray Catena service is the best around. Chris is always available to help if there are any intermittent problems that I notice but the tech doesn't see. I've purchased around 8 vehicles through Ray Catena Lexus and will continue to do so. I really cannot say enough good things about this dealer, from the time you walk in the door until the time you sell the vehicle they are just a phone call away. The entire staff is pleasant and organized. It is obvious that the management trains all of its employees well. If I could give 10 stars to this dealer I would. More

Ray Catena Lexus Freehold, NJ I honestly do not think there is a better car dealership out there (as far as the service department anyway). I did not purchase my 07 GS 350 from a L I honestly do not think there is a better car dealership out there (as far as the service department anyway). I did not purchase my 07 GS 350 from a Lexus dealership so I cannot comment on the sales department at this time. I have taken my car to Ray Catena multiple times for service since I have owned it. My Service Consultant is Eric Cohen and I cannot be happier with his knowledge of my car, honesty and friendly service that he provides. As far as the mechanical work I have had done to my car, it has as well been perfect. I have never had to bring my GS back there twice for the same problem. It is extremely nice to know I will not be taken advantage of when i bring my car in for work. Especially since it has just about 100,000 miles on. Honestly, I'm sure I will have no problem breaking 200,000 miles as long as i keep bringing it to them. Vinny P More

Since 2007 I've been coming here for new cars and for all these years Doug Inglima and the en I cannot say enough about the team at Lexus Of Freehold. Since 2007 I've been coming here for new cars and for all these years Doug Inglima and the entire team @ Ray Catena has been incredible. As everyone knows there are many manufacturers to choose from, but what gets a customer back is the customer service. In my opinion Lexus of Freehold has set the bar for customer service. Every time I go there, either for service or a new vehicle it always top shelf service. Recently I just went in for a new 2014 GS 350 F sport and I cannot say enough about the cars design and the incredible features. To start off, I personally have been in the car sales industry since about 2008-2013, and know the industry pretty well. I had called in the day before to ask to speak with a sales manager and they were industry since about 2008-2013, and know the industry pretty well. I had called in the day before to ask to speak with a sales manager and they were busy but Joel called me back within 5 minutes. I explained my situation, that my credit was not the best at the time and he said he would do everything he could to get me approved. Walked into the dealership and he placed me with Paul Vallejo. Paul was very, very, non typical of your every day car salesperson. He was honest, very personable and knowledgable. Joel held his promise and Paul & him got me approved on a 2014 lexus is 250 awd vehicle. The whole ordeal was spotless and Paul even came to my house to finalize the deal on his work shift. Highly recommended dealer, very personable, they feed you wraps and sandwiches while you wait, unlimited drinks, they even have a gym inside the dealership. This was the best dealership I as working in the industry have ever stepped into and everyone, including the customers in the showroom, just had such a great aura cause it is not your typical "back and fourth with the manager" approach. I recently bought a car from Ray Catena Lexus in Freehold. At first I was not considering buying a Lexus, but the salesman there, Paul, explained the Lexus IS250 F-Sport to me very well. He took his time to answer all my questions and did not pressure me into buying a car. Because the salesman did such an amazing job, after going to other dealerships and looking at other cars, I came back to Ray Catena Lexus to purchase that car. When I gave Paul a call about 15 minutes before the dealership closed, he still said it was okay for me to come in, and he stayed with me an hour after closing to sign the deal. My experience with this dealership was excellent and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Paul to anyone. More
