I was looking around for a new car and wanted a change and visited many dealerships and my final stop was Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold I was immediately greeted when I walked in and everyone was very frie and visited many dealerships and my final stop was Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold I was immediately greeted when I walked in and everyone was very friendly and helpful. A lot of times I feel as a woman alone in a dealership you are overlooked and not taken serious when car shopping alone, this was not the case at all they went above and beyond to help me get into my car of choice I was even greeted by the sales manager who I am sure is extremely busy but he went out of his way to accommodate me and sat me with Gary Lach who sat with me went through my choices took me out on a test drive and completely filled me in on all my options about my car after the test drive, when we got back to the dealership Gary went over all my financial options he made me feel very comfortable about a major choice I was about to make. I decided I wanted the Lexus is250 we went over everything as he submitted my application it was a go and I would pick up my car the following day. I left there and was contacted by Gary as well as Richie they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied, which of course I was. I went back to pick up my car that night once again immediately greeted Richie came out of his office to say hello and once again ask if I needed anything I then sat with Gary and another Gentlemen Brian who went over all my final paper work. They made an experience I normally stressful simple and easy answered all my questions before I even knew what I needed to ask then when I was ready to go home Gary took me out to another gentlemen who fully went over all my options and set up everything in the car for me. Once again the next day I was called to see how I like my car and if ever I need anything to please call them. I have purchased quite a few cars on my own this was by far my best experience yet I highly recommend them and the Ray Catena dealership and I am looking forward to continued business with both Gary and Richie they went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough!
