Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold

We leased from Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold before so we knew how great the service and expeience was there. Then we leased a Mercedes ML350 from a dealership is Freehold. The experience was less than satisfactory everytime we went there. They should make all their sales people and managers go visit Ray Catena Lexus in Freehold to get a good lesson on how to treat customers. We did go to Mercedes again to check out the new ML350 and we were never approached or asked if someone could help us. The dealership was empty at the time. So we left. Since we had such a good experience before with Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold, we were confident that we would continue to have a great service. Neil Platt, our salesman, was friendly, but not pushy. We definintely appreciated that. He was wonderful and very informative. Before leasing our new Lexus, we went to several other car dealership of other makes of cars just to compare and see what was out there. One dealership continues to harass us every other day for over 3 weeks now. They leave messages, emails, etc. They are from the old school of selling cars. Customers are smarter than these salesmen give us credit for. Those old tactics are offensive. We look forward to 3 wonderful years of business with Ray Catena Lexus!! More

In needing to trade in 2 cars after my husband passed away, I contacted Freehold Lexus to see if I could trade in both cars, including an 8-year-old Lexus, for a new one. I was transferred to Anthony Bruno in sales to speak with, and he assured me I could do the trade in. My transaction had a few unusual circumstances on my part, i.e. the title of one car was in my husband's name, one car wouldn't start on day of trade in, and how was I going to get both cars to the dealership. Anthony came to my rescue on all counts with easy solutions to get everything in order. He was very patient with any questions I had, and is very knowledgeable of the Lexus products. He explained every detail about trade-in values and new car costs, and worked with me to help fit my budget. The mountains of paperwork were handled efficiently and quickly. I wasn't left in the dark with any questions I needed answered. Anthony has made several follow-up calls to me since the transaction to see how things were going with the new car and if I had any questions or problems. Everyone in business should be so conscientious and kind! I am very happy with the Ray Catena experience. The dealership truly goes above and beyond for the customer. Service is clearly their goal and they achieve it with flying colors. Anthony Bruno was my sales person, he was very knowledgeable, patient customer. Service is clearly their goal and they achieve it with flying colors. Anthony Bruno was my sales person, he was very knowledgeable, patient with any issues that were on my end, and truly guided me on my decisions, and didn't "sell" me on anything I didn't want. Joel, the sales manager, greeted me personally and added a level of communication to the entire process that most dealerships do not. This eliminated that alienating feeling of the dealer disappearing behind the curtain that occurs everywhere else. Spencer was my delivery consultant and in a short period of time that he had he went over the RX350 from top to bottom and taught me how to adjust everything from the seat to the lighting timers. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back and recommend others do the same. More

Each and every CPO car was close to perfect - looking like brand new cars. It was a choice between a BMW X3 and the RX-350. Same years, same models, same prices - in this case the dealer and salesman made the difference. So far I've stopped by the other Ray Catena store in Ocean Twsp once for a free car-wash, and found the service and friendliness of the service department to be great. Next time I'll have to find an excuse to head out to Freehold again. Thanks again Anthony! My wife loves the car. More
