The numbers on our trade and new vehicle were more than fair. The transaction was efficient and seamless, Bernard also arranged for the car to be delivered to us the next day. His assistant Kyle delivered the vehicle in meticulous condition, and explained the intricacies of the GX460 to my wife, including pairing her phone to the car. LAST MINUTE I had made a deal with Lexus of Freehold for a 2020 RX350, agreed to the price gave a down payment then was called the following day with and an attem I had made a deal with Lexus of Freehold for a 2020 RX350, agreed to the price gave a down payment then was called the following day with and an attempt to switch. I wouldn't agree to the change so I basically was told there was nothing more that could be done. I really felt betrayed and especially during these times a potential customer should have been treated a bit more fair and with respect, I always thought a deal once a deposit was given was at the very least honored. Very poor taste in my mouth for this deal to go so wrong. Please shop around. I am disabled due to 911 and not in the greatest health and I can't believe the stress this has had on me, I mean we had a deal, it's not like we were still in discussing the details. I have faith and i know that there are still honorable dealerships out there, hopefully I will find one. More
