When we went inside so that Neil could figure out how much we could get for our trade-in, we started looking at the new cars and fell in love with the ES-350 in the Truffle color. Then Neil and the sales Mgr-Joel Cohen worked up the figures on the cost of the new car and the amount of the trade-in. After some haggling we agreed on a fair price and we purchased the car.
