Outstanding is the only word I can use to describe this dealership and it's personnel. Gary Lach, sales consultant, goes above and beyond to help you get the best deal possible. Excellent service. This was the fourth car I bought from this dealer and I have always been happy. I was completely satisfied with the new car price, but the price for trade-in could have been a bit higher this dealer and I have always been happy. Our history with Lexus of Freehold goes back about 5 years. We have purchased three Lexus vehicles’ (2007 RX 350, 2009 IS 250 and just traded in the RX 350 for a 2008 RX 400H). In the same week that my wife picked out her IS 250 (December 2009), my mother chose a 2009 RX 350. For years, she thought a Lexus was too expensive and could never afford one. Richard was able structure her payments to less then what her previous car payments were. Now she loves her Lexus and praises Freehold team. We purchased our first Lexus from another dealership (very long story and we should have went to Lexus of Freehold first) but had it serviced at Lexus of Freehold. That is when we meet Chris Gioffre and his team of service advisors. They have always made my wife and I feel taken care of and always had an open door to any of our questions. They live by Ray Catena saying “you take care of your life and family, we’ll take care of your car”. Over the years, Chris realized I take immaculate care of my cars and introduced me to Duke Young. Duke (in my opinion) has to be the best detailer around. Whenever I have a question about what I should use on my cars, he takes time to show my what to do and what waxes will give be the best results. When any of my cars are there (even if it is there for a car wash), he and Chris treat it like their own. I know there are other choices for cars and dealers, but we are sticking with you and Lexus of Freehold. The synergy that I fell every time I step into the dealership from Richard, Lloyd, Chris, and Duke, I know I will be treated with respect and not just a customer, but as member of a family. As you can tell, I highly recommend Freehold Lexus in central NJ. Not only are they truly professional, but they are the best Lexus dealer around. I have used other Lexus dealerships in NJ and in FL for service work and did not get treated nearly as well. More
Of all the car's that I have owned over the years no one comes near the service you get at Ray Catina dealerships they are the model for every dealership in New Jersey. The customer service people are very friendly and they wash your car after every service plus you can get your car washed weekly at no charge from Ray Catina no other dealership offers that service to their customers.
