Flavio was the person who responded to me since Oct. 2010 when I started to inquire about Lexus car. This was followed with a phone call to my house. I did not feel pressured. Very nice. My husband was not into buying this car and I was suprised he gave me the go to buy. He likes Flavio too. He is just a great salesman and am very sure he is a good family man too with his actions you can tell he is genuine. He is highly recommended. I have already mentioned his name to a friend.
