After shopping several Lexus dealerships, our sales consultant Michael Nikolis found the Lexus we wanted and had it brought into their dealership. Freehold Lexus not only beat the price of the competit consultant Michael Nikolis found the Lexus we wanted and had it brought into their dealership. Freehold Lexus not only beat the price of the competitors, but was able to provide the car the very next day. Mike Nikolis was very patient, honest, and knowledgeable during the entire process. Never pushy, the deal was closed and then service technician Mike (another Mike) spent time going over the features of the vehicle and setting up our phones via the Lexus App. Both Mike's were fantastic...kudos to all at Freehold Lexus. After purchasing my 2020 Lexus ES 350 about 28 months ago, I finally hit the 7,000 mileage mark on the odometer. So, based on the recommended maintenance schedule, it was time for me to make an appointm ago, I finally hit the 7,000 mileage mark on the odometer. So, based on the recommended maintenance schedule, it was time for me to make an appointment with the service center at Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold - to get my second oil change ever on my car, to rotate the tires again, as well as getting their advertised “Multi-point Inspection Complimentary Offer” performed on my car. The moment I drove my Lexus through the rising door of the service center, they did not disappoint. Thanks to Service Manager Eric Cohen (who was very helpful and understanding) and his professional staff, I was in and out in an hour while getting a “clean bill of health” on my car at the end of my service visit. As a side note … during the hour, I felt comfortable hanging around in their large and clean waiting room – which also provided a variety of refreshments for those who may want to indulge themselves in-between meals. To say the least, my latest experience at the service center was a positive one. I'd definitely recommend this service center to others. Keep up the great service, guys! See you again the next time around. More
