Good & Bad Our salesman, Steve Schlotfeldt, was excellent, spent a lot of time w/ us, answered all questions and took us on a test drive and most of all, had a l Our salesman, Steve Schlotfeldt, was excellent, spent a lot of time w/ us, answered all questions and took us on a test drive and most of all, had a lot of patience. We were looking @ a NX200t. On my end, I could not decide to buy or lease. Steve's manager then came out, Alan Freidman, and had a coupon for $500 off that Steve didn't know about, right! Alan's boss wanted to make a sale and have it count towards a trip he wanted to win and it was only available that day. Alan was intent on getting us to lease, 81% of his neighbors in a 55 and old compound when he lives, all lease. Do I care, no. Then he tells me to check w/ a financial advisor, which I had already done. My advisors told me either way was fine. At one point, Alan, did say that if we really did want to buy a car, they would be happy to sell me one-really!? Alan kept pushing for a $500. deposit, and he was pushy! That demeanor and attitude just wasn't for me, so I said I was done. Alan shook hands and departed but just reminded me of and old fashioned, slick used car salesman. We went back to our old Lexus dealer and bought a car from them. It turns out that there is a sport model , more $$ but it is what we got and ended up getting it for even less than the price they gave us for the regular NX200. Had Alan stayed tucked away, Steve would have had a sale for sure. I can recommend Steve but I can't recommend the Freehold Lexus if you have to deal w/ Alan Freidman. So now you have the good and bad. More

Great Staff, Wonderful Facilities We came in to test drive GX and new RX. From the moment we walked into the showroom until we drove out on a new car we were taken care of. This dealership had a very nice showroom with all of the varieties of available cars (we went to another Lexus dealership before and they did not even have a GX on display!). We worked with John Mezzino and he took us to test drive both GX and RX; he had all the right info about the cars and was able to answer all of our questions. Through the whole process we did not think that we were being taken advantage of or were being pushed to add something extra which did not make sense to us. My husband is a guru in buying cars and he can tell right away what is worth the extra money and what is just a filler. We did not feel rushed and trust me when I say we took our sweet time. There is also a great lounge for the customers which is well worth mentioning: cold drinks, Starbucks coffee, snacks and sandwiches. The lounge has a TV, Wi-Fi service and also desktops you can use while you wait for your car. We came all the way from Brooklyn and it was well worth it. Highly recommend to anyone! More
