Brought my 2022, Lexus RX-350 in for my 6mth/5Kmi service and for some other issues. Paul Agrait wrote up the service ticket, listened to my concerns, issued me a loaner car, and suggested I take a ride with and for some other issues. John Scranton accompanied me on a ride, listened to and addressed my concerns as best as possible. Both Paul and John were pleasant, helpful, and professional. I even got an email from Eric Cohen, asking about my service experience and thanking me for choosing Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold. I'm happy with their customer service. Highly recommend them! More

Doug and Gene are the dream team. Ive been leasing at this location for years. These are two wonderful managers that I have worked with over the years with. I never felt like we didnt get a good deal on this location for years. These are two wonderful managers that I have worked with over the years with. I never felt like we didnt get a good deal on our leases. They always worked with us. Doug was our salesperson for many years, even into his management position. Gene worked with us this last time and he made it work for us since my husband retired and we had to downsize. Kudos to these two/ thank you Joanne Iacone Catalano More
Went twice to this dealership to look at two different vehicles & my experience was awful. My first experience was the salesman and then the sales manager Paul who told me that the “numbers” just don’t ad vehicles & my experience was awful. My first experience was the salesman and then the sales manager Paul who told me that the “numbers” just don’t add up that they would not make any “profit” off that sale. My second experience was with John A. John agreed with me that the monthly payments that I was looking to get into were accurate. He was honest with me that I knew what I was looking to get into. Then proceeded to tell me that the company would not work with me to get my dream car with that reasonable monthly dues. Also, to find out that Lexus doesn’t do any law enforcement/first responders discounts only military discounts is very upsetting to hear. Most dealerships offer law enforcement discounts and it’s very disrespectful to hear that they don’t work with us. I didn’t want to have to write this review but I hope it does come across Lexus corporate or even the General Manager of Lexus. Lexus is just a luxury make of Toyota at the end of the day. This was written for others to know what kind of experience I had TWICE with this location and so that they don’t have to experience what I did. More
