We just started our shopping and were not ready to make any decisions. We took a test drive that day and were in contact with him for almost two weeks, as my husband and I would not have another day off to make our final decision. We did test drive two other luxury cars that day. We felt most comfortable at Ray Catena Lexus with Joseph Albanese. He was never pushy. He asked what we wanted and what he could do to earn our business. After visiting other dealerships we knew the Lexus IS 250 was the car we wanted and Joseph was the salesman to close the deal.
