Mr. Alter, With a quick Google search, we find supporting information iphone 7’s are compatible with Apple Car play. We can’t answer to why your phone isn’t working with the entire system (probably a better question for apple). When we sent our associates to your home, we were able to show you other phones do work with the 2021 NX you took delivery of. With that said, as soon as the management team knew you were unhappy, we were able to stop the DMV paperwork so the car wasn’t titled and later yesterday you returned your NX to us. We would have hoped you took down your review since we did exactly what you asked of us. Lastly, when you text a sales associate “the is the kind of problem that we all share on the Four Seasons Website” and you bring up your attorney and our “breach of contract” most would consider that a threat. We consider this a closed matter. To anyone reading the complaint and the response take notice to the fact that they didn't dispute anything i said.. I plan to make a full statement when i receive my reimbursement. In the meantime the dealership knows to check cell phones before making the claims that there is compatibility.It should be the responsibility of all consumers to share their experiences with others to save them from making mistakes and to warn them of unscrupulous conduct, unethical practices or just uninformed providers. We do that at Four Seasons and local businessmen should be aware of that. "Buyer beware ."
