They all went above and beyond to provide me exactly what I wanted and needed.....a semi-used car with low mileage and not too pricey. No one could beat buying a Certified 2011 ES350 with 33k miles for $351 per month. And turnaround time was 15 hours....it was ready on Saturday morning, as promised. I'm eternally grateful!!! I test drove every single foreign luxury brand over a 6 month period. 2nd choices were going to be Infiniti or Nissan. German and American cars are a waste of money. Time consuming and energy draning listening to all the blah blah blah from car salesman. Lexus takes the cake with the best friendly service, quality of cars, warranty, and ease of doing business. I have been dealing with Andrew Seibert for years and my most recent purchase was to a 2016 Lexus RX 350. I went back and forth for about a week because my wife was very specific of her needs. He was very accommodating, patient, and was a pleasure to work with. The day I wanted to pick up the car the dealership was very busy and Andrew did not want me to wait. Instead he called me up and offered to drive the car to my house after I got home from work at 7pm and showed us how to work the car in the comfort of my own driveway!!!
