One hour later we were done...seriously thats what car buyers expect ...No haggling no sitting all day two hrs to pick out the car and do the deal then one hour to sign papers, go through a tech run, and go home!!!! I did leave but I came back and I leased the 2015 CT200, I didn't come back because it was the best deal, I came back because it was the best customer service I have ever encountered and in the end if I get that level of service in the buying process, I would expect an even greater service from the Service Department. I am completely satisfied with all of the service received at Ray Catena and especially the knowledgeable manner in which Chad helps his customers. It is always a pleasure to visit Ray Catena.
