I had shopped two other dealers- no one made the personal and cordial efforts this location made to really make this a positive experience. If you are buying a Lexus, they have a very large showroom and a large inventory- I saw every color combination I was considering on the lot. Very impressive- an enjoyable experience at every step. This dealership is about 40 minutes away from my house. I went to the location to buy a used RX 350 and the car we wanted was a bit out the price range. They called us back the next week to make a deal and so I traveled down there again. The trip proved to be a waste of time because they never intended to come down to my price range and had me walk out with a $1,000 disagreement on the table after discussing the cost for 1 hour. It seems rather obvious that this dealership has no problem putting their ego above making a sale, which is beyond me in this economy. So we bought our car (exactly comparable w/ even less mileage) from a different dealership for the cost we wanted. More
