"Not just another Lexus dealership "

Living in Staten Island for 30 years, I have been in and out of many Lexus dealerships From Brooklyn NY to Bridgewater NJ. Non stack up to Ray Catena of Monmouth NJ. My salesperson Brendan Hynes is alway Available With any question I may have. If he doesn’t have The answer that moment, I am sure he will call Me with 24 hours. I have leased 3 vehicles from Brendan. Always a great experience.

"The best in service, maintence and staff "

Ray Catena runs a very classy dealership. Friendly and professional staff. I have been a customer since 1989, and would not go any where else. Brian Dominick - Service Consultant - is a professional, who listens, and treats me like a real friend. He goes out of he way to make sure the job done with perfection, and kindness. Joe Cacciatori - Tech - Has always solved all of my mechanical issues, as complicated, or as simple as they may be ( think he is a very gifted tech). Believe me, I'm in my 60's, and this dealership is "the best". Try them and see if you agree. These are great people who watch out for your best interest. I travel over an hour just to use their service. Well worth the ride!

"Oil Change-Terrible Experience"

Just left here, an absolutely terrible experience. I made an appointment a week ago for a synthetic oil change and am told that it's 79.95, I tell the woman I'm speaking with that the website says 49.95, she puts me on hold and says yes that's correct we are running a special right now. I come in today and Jason (I believe) tells me that the oil change is 79.95, I explain that the website states that its 49.95 or 59.95 (I didn't remember as it's been a week) and he says okay I didn't know we were running a special (the website doesn't even say it's a "special"-just says that's the price). Anyway.. I wait for over 2 hours, when I was told that it'd take 1-1.5 hours when I made the appointment. So finally they say my car is done and I get the invoice for $64 and change. I say.. the website says it's $49.95, how is it $64? So then Jason says, I thought you said it was $59.95? I said I wasn't sure if it was 49.95 or 59.95 but I checked when I was waiting and it was 49.95. Then he goes on to say they need to change the price and this and that. He also goes on to say that the "special" probably isn't for the oil my car takes but for 0-20W oil.. I said it doesn't specify this on the website. So they did adjust the price but why should I have to go through all this? The service dept. and it's employees should know the price stated on the website!! Also, you should not just take the higher price of what I said it might be (49.95 or 59.95) without checking for sure yourself! I don't understand the lack of knowledge and care that was exhibited here today with the pricing. Terrible.,

"Awesome Customer Service!"

When I went to Ray Catena in Oakhurst for service I was shocked at the treatment I received from my salesperson, Gretzky Fleurant, and the service rep Michael Farrell. They treated me as if I was just as valuable to them as a brand new customer coming in to buy a car. To receive the customer service I did after buying a car there was really refreshing. Those things don't happen very often, if ever. Would definitely go back there to purchase as well as refer friends and family. Much respect for a business run that way.

"Service loaner led to new RX350 purchase."

We have bought our third Lexus from Ray Catena. They all were high quality cars that provided great value, style & comfort. The 2016 model is one of the best SUV's I have driven at any price. The salesman Ryan Herzenberg is very professional and fair. I would recommend him to others for a painless purchase process, rare in new car purchases.

He took the time to explain future service intervals with me and I look forward to working with him in the future.
