Can't get a simple fix right. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Catena, and Infiniti and an Audi. I purchased a CPO Porsche from another dealership, but brought it to Ray Catena b I've purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Catena, and Infiniti and an Audi. I purchased a CPO Porsche from another dealership, but brought it to Ray Catena because it is close to work. I had an oil change done elsewhere and a week later the service warning came on for the oil change. This was the first oil change, so I was not aware that this warning was a dealer only reset. I showed up and Ray Catena refused without an appointment. OK, I had a marker light that needed replacement because it had water in it. Showed up for my appointment, they did not have the part. Told me that they thought i needed only a light bulb. Never bothered to look at the car. Wanted $70 to turn the oil change warning off. No thanks. They told me that they'd make everything right on my return. After not hearing anything for a week, I had to call the parts desk to see if the part came in. Made another appointment. Showed up, still refused courtesy reset of the oil change light. 10 minutes later, I was told that the marker lights on this vehicle were not the OEM parts that came with the car, but they were OEM parts and that they ordered the wrong part. Did they at least offer to reset the oil change light after coming in a third time? NO. Pulled my car up and said goodbye, and they'd call me when the part came in. I have never been given the run around like this from any dealer, never mind one that I've bought two vehicles from . More
