Let me respectfully describe a bad experience with this dealer, particularly with the sales department: 1) The problem and cause of frustration is a service (wheels painting), promised and executed under dealer, particularly with the sales department: 1) The problem and cause of frustration is a service (wheels painting), promised and executed under the responsibility of the salesperson, when I first bought the car years ago. The fact is that the salesperson sold me a ~$90K car, offering to have the car with black wheels, by painting them. That service was poorly done, and started peeling off only a few months later– i.e. bad quality service, that should never be offered/executed (particularly by a Porsche dealer, which has one of the best products in the world) 2) The problem has occurred again, and more recently, the same salesperson and his manager didn't take responsibility for the continued problem, not acknowledging the real issue – i.e. poor service in the first place, nothing related to wrong use. 4) Unfortunately, the salesperson and manager did not behave as I expected. In my honest opinion, as an ordinary customer, I would expect much more from a Porsche dealer. Respectfully, Jayme More
