Less than 10 days after our first contact, my car arrived at my front door, the exact one I wanted with the payments that made sense to me. John was flexible and helped find the car I wanted, regardless of how far away it was (800+ miles!). He was willing to e-mail me all documents so I didn't have to make the drive to the dealership and stayed in touch with me throughout the process, through phone, e-mail and text.
