Awesome experience with Ray Catena Porsche Like most people I've physically visited and/or talked to many dealers and their reps throughout the years. Needless to say, my experience with this dealer and John Algarin in particular, falls into the former category. He.was outstanding - gave me the info I needed when I needed it, did what he said he would, was great in offering up his perspectives and insights when asked, followed up with me proactively, was very transparent and frankly was just a good guy. I've had my new car for 2 weeks now and am loving it. I certainly hope this level of service, transparency and quality is the same when I eventually need to visit their service center for my maintenance needs in the future!
