My first interaction with Brian Arnot happened via phone and lasted for roughly six months. Throughout this transition Brian was always ready and available to answer my calls and emails: No sales games, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploy. With every phone call and interaction the quality of the service improved and at the end of my search, I simply knew that Ray Catena was the right dealer for me. Fortunately, when I called to inquire about the car, I was referred to John. He was extremely attentive and direct and we were able to make the deal happen the same day of my initial call. We then set a delivery time for the next day. As a result of my travel time to get the car, I was eager to make the paperwork and delivery process quick so that I could begin my trip home as quickly as possible. John delivered! He had EVERYTHING ready to go when I arrived at the dealership and the car was in perfect delivery condition. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes and John followed up during the trip home and the next day to ensure my complete satisfaction. Perfect service and follow-through. To tell the truth, I am a demanding person and always shopping for the best deal but Mike earned our trust from our first expirence a few years ago. He is a true adviser and making recommendations according to customer's interests. If a car at a different dealer better suited for the buyer, he will get it for you. He is very reasonable during price discussion and never pressures the customer. And he is efficient. It is amazing that we can get a car that we love in a week. Literally, we visited Mike at Ray Catena on one Saturday and picked the car up on the next Saturday which was transferred from a distance dealer. We were only on the phone twice during the week and everything went smoothly. Guess what, we will definately buy from Mike and Ray Catena again. More

The staff I have dealt with at the sales showroom as well as the service center has been nothing but outstanding. Front desk reception at both places is also extremely courteous. This organization is focused on customer service and makes you feel like a member of an elite club which you expect when buying a car like Porsche. This was my 3rd purchase/lease from this dealership in the last 15 years. And Mike Marinelli over the course of my 3 year lease of my vehicle has consistently delivered great customer service long after the initial lease.
