I first heard from Maurizio Biondo the morning after I submitted my late night inquiry. He immediately helped me with every question I had about cars coming in or ordering a new one. Met with Maurizio and Eddie Mayorga, the Sales Manager, in the afternoon and bought a car within an hour. Was told it could be in within 10 days. 7 days later received a call from Maurizio and John that the car was going to be in that night. Went to pick it up the next afternoon and John Algarin had everything perfect and ready to go, I was in and out with a full explanation of the 2017 Panamera in about an hour. These guys are all Terrific! If all goes well with the new Porsche, I'll be back. More

Horrible Service I went in to get the diagnostics done on my Porsche Cayenne S as it was giving me headlight beam adjustment errors. I went in on Monday and they diagn I went in to get the diagnostics done on my Porsche Cayenne S as it was giving me headlight beam adjustment errors. I went in on Monday and they diagnosed a faulty party which needed to be ordered. I made an appontment to go in on Friday. When I get there they tell me I don't have an appointment and more importantly technician who specializes in this is not even there. Seriously why would you give me an appointment. Anyway I make another appointment for following Wednesday first thing and show up. After about half hour of being there they tell me part they ordered for me came in broken. I do not believe single bit of this. Looks like they are making up stories at this point. Not sure as to why? I end up with a loaner and return it back Saturday. I bring my car back home and following day its still showing me the same error. So overall 4 trips amd some $600 later, I'm back to square one. I took it back again and they blamed it on out of market Navigation system I got installed. So now they wouldn't even suggest a solution. Btw this car was originally purchased from their center. Seriously I feel so cheated. Never ever would recommend it to anyone. This place used to be good. Not sure what happened. Highly disappointed More
