The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable, unlike some other experiences I have had at other dealerships in the past. I came in to inquire about the Porsche Macan and Lenny Inserra was more than willing to sit with me and work on reviewing my options from everything on Car options best suited for me that will accommodate my budget to dealing with trading my current lease on an Audi. He was very professional, an expert on the product in every sense of the word, and very courteous and friendly. Never once did I feel uneasy and unsure on the decision to be made. I feel I have made a great decision walking into Ray Catena, particularly working with Lenny as he had me sold on leasing a new Macan and I am more than happy with the vehicle. His name slips my mind right now but he was very courteous and had a lot of knowledge about the car I was driving. I actually ended up buying the exact car I went on the test drive with. My salesman, Morris Grysman is awesome! I told him exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The paperwork process is very organized and every single piece of paper signed was explained. Even though I have owned Porsche's in the past, Morris made sure I was comfortable driving my vehicle before I left the dealership.
