This time was a really surprising and pleasant exception to the rule. John Algarin was the most thoroughly knowledgable salesperson I ever encountered. He went over every detail, every option, gave me the pros and cons and NEVER tried to upsell me. He clearly had my best interests at heart at all times. He fought for an earlier delivery date and got it. John was so enthusiastic about building my car that you would have thought HE was buying it. Of course, it was infectious and I found myself getting excited over this purchase like I did when I was much younger. Most importantly, AFTER delivery, John didn't disappear. I called him a bunch of times to ask how this works....how that works....and he took all the time I needed to cheerfully explain everything to me In short, go buy a car from John , even if you don't need one!!! More

However, based on my previous experience with Ray Catena family of dealerships (Mercedes Benz), I knew that I would be treated well and had no reason to go anywhere else.
