I bought my first Porsche 911 at another dealership so I went there first. It had been bought and the new management /sales force was horrible to say the least. No negotiations, rude and no call backs. Ray Catena was the opposite. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and a good price on the new purchase. The service didn't stop after the purchase. I had many questions for John about the operation of the car and he answered them all. He is very knowledgeable about the software and workings of the car. Very pleased! More

None of these fears applied when dealing with Chris Violante at Ray Catena Porsche. I started talking with Chris 8 months before I actually bought a car from him. Chris's was always helpful, patient and at all times, respectful as I honed in on which Porsche I eventually would buy. When I finally made the decision, Ray Catena did not have the vehicle I wanted and Chris went out of his way along with Joe Germino who I also must give high praise and my deepest thanks, to find the car I was searching for and eventually, bought. Throughout this entire process, none of my previous car buying neurosis crept into place and with each phone call, email or text message, I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a car salesman. When I arrived to picked up my Macan GTS, Chris had all the paper work together, the car was all prepped and the entire process went incredibly fast and smooth. Chris did not try and sell me things I didn't need and was extremely knowledgable and patient guiding me through the process. I love my Porsche and I actually enjoyed my car buying experience at Ray Catena thanks to Chris Violante and Joe Germino. I can't thank those 2 enough. More

Great salesperson with no pressure to close a deal John Algarin was a terrific brand ambassador who knew everything there was to know about the Macan. He went over all of the features of the SUV and even gave us pointers of how to drive while out on the road to take advantage of the features. They delivered my car Monday went over everything Could not have been any easier very polite people from Chris V, sales person, to Eugene who delivered the car I purchased a lot of cars in the past but that was by far the easiest process I would recommend these guys.
