2015 991 GT3 Purchase John Algarin was the consummate professional pre- and post-sales. From the very first engagement, John was awesome. He worked closely with me to find John Algarin was the consummate professional pre- and post-sales. From the very first engagement, John was awesome. He worked closely with me to find the perfect color combination and options for a 2015 Porsche 991 GT3. Once the car was selected, John kept me abreast of my GT3’s transit status. A couple of days after my GT3 arrived at Ray Catena, he personally delivered the GT3 in a covered transport to my home, which was just a few days before Christmas. Additionally, he gave me a 2015 Porsche calendar, hats, key rings, etc. And, Ray Catena threw in a few nice surprises as well. Post sales John and I have traded text messages and emails on several occasions regarding questions about my GT3. He continues to be there for me. I want to note that John is a recent college graduate, but he displayed the interpersonal and customer service skills rarely found today among sales professionals. This was my first Porsche purchase and it was an incredible experience. I plan to purchase again from Ray Catena, especially if John Algarin is managing the transaction. Needless to say, I absolutely love my GT3. Bottom-line: I received 5-star diamond / white glove service, which is to be expected when purchasing a new luxury vehicle. More
