Dealership Nightmare I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey from there in June. I got the vehicle and a week later the car locks up in the middle of an intersection with my 3 kids I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey from there in June. I got the vehicle and a week later the car locks up in the middle of an intersection with my 3 kids and younger sibling in the car with me. I almost got into a wreck as cars were just flying past me, and the car wouldn't start again. Then finally I got it in to them to find out there was a recall on 2009/2010 Dodge journeys. They said they fixed the recall and I at this point was still ok with it. Then 4 days later I am driving and go to turn at a stop light and the brakes do it again!! With my kids again in the car and I was turning left so cars were coming at me. They took it in again, and I was getting frustrated. They kept it for 2 weeks. Then when I got it back the next day under the hood caught on fire and smoke was pouring out! They came to get it and kept it for awhile after that. Then I got it back and now it wont always start, it taps super loud, and it skips gears. I called and all they want to say is well we can bring it in. No I am going to die next time im in this car. I feel I should get to reselect. I havent had the car more than I have had it! More

A great place to shop and buy a car I've bought eleven vehicles from Ray Dennison Chevy in the past twenty six years. Over those years I have come to know several people there. All have I've bought eleven vehicles from Ray Dennison Chevy in the past twenty six years. Over those years I have come to know several people there. All have been great to deal with, from the service reps to the mechanics to the parts personal, all are very friendly and eager to help. Dan Sapp has been my sales rep for the last six vehicles. He has always treated me and my wife as friends not just another sale. This last purchase was made over the phone as I was out of town, saw the truck on the website, called Dan and the deal was made. This proves great trust from both parties. To close the deal, Brian Dennison, called me personally after hours to put his OK on the deal. I call that service! There are so many horror stories out there about how car dealers rope a customer in. try to pressure them in to a vehicle they may not want, just to make a deal. But not this dealership. They did everything exactly how I needed it done. I drove a few cars and the salesman knew I was not 100% happy with them so he suggested others. And when I still wasn't happy, he did not try to convince me to buy he promised me he would find me the right vehicle, and he sure did. When I told him that I was only interested in a Chevy brand vehicle, he did not try to sell me anything but a Chevy. Steve did NOT suggest anything that was not in my price range either. He did not try to upsale me. The finance department worked tirelessly to get me the best deal. I am very happy with how this all turned out. More
