I felt that my car problems mattered After picking up my car from valet parking at Brownie's, my brake pedal went all the way to the floor. Next morning I called Ray Laethem right away and received the message to have it towed immediately. Rep Raymond kept me informed every day about the additional problems found and what progress had been achieved. Because there no loaners available, I rented a car for three days from Enterprise at a good dealership rate. On Friday, Donnell got me a loaner for the long Memorial Weekend. It took over a week to fix all the problems, but I felt the mechanic and the rep were being thorough and careful to find all the problems. I feel the service is good and trustworthy at Ray Laethem. Emergency tire fix I had a small leak in my front passenger tire. I was driving back from Port Austin and stopped at a Chevy dealer in Marysville to get it fixed...but t I had a small leak in my front passenger tire.
