Jeff, Thank you, I do appreciate your gracious effort to alter the situation. I do not post such a response lightly. The experiences mentioned about are only highlights. I could go on but it seems pointless given the circumstances. I was pulling for GM after the bankruptcy. I voted with my pocket book. It had been 40 years since I purchased a GM product and in my wildest dreams I had not considered it would be such a bad experience. Life is too short for grudges and unpleasantness. Yet, there comes a tipping point in any relationship when it is irretrievable and I think I am past that point. I'm off to Florida with my grandchildren tomorrow. Let me consider the situation.
