Despite me asking several times for a final invoice on the car I was purchasing, the sales person nor the person completing paperwork for us would provide us with a final invoice. Because of that, I was n the car I was purchasing, the sales person nor the person completing paperwork for us would provide us with a final invoice. Because of that, I was not able to bring a cashiers check so I had to leave the dealership and take more time out of my day to go to the bank which could have been done in preparation for the purchase meeting. Not only that significant inconvenience, but then when we came back the final amount listed in the paperwork was a different amount than what they had me get the cashiers check made out to. I paid more than I should have if this dealership did the ethical thing and provide me with a final invoice as I asked for... several times and was dismissed. That was completely inappropriate, unethical, and if it was worse could have lead to legal action. Changes need to be made there. Our salesperson was very helpful. He listened very carefully to what we were looking for in a vehicle and helped answer questions to get us to a decision. The invoice issue was the only thing notably wrong with our experience. More
