Tire installation They didn't have the tires for my car in stock, I ordered them from the Tire Rack since the dealer is an approved authorized installer. Valve Replacement I was pleasantly surprised when Mike in Service told me that he was going to check to see if this problem was covered by my Warranty. Mike took car I was pleasantly surprised when Mike in Service told me that he was going to check to see if this problem was covered by my Warranty. Mike took care of everything (like he does at every service visit). Mike contacted me just a few hours later to tell me that my vehicle was ready for pickup and that there would be no charge! Comparitive analysis of Ray Laethem service visits. Joyce in the service area was most professional and expedient in proving a cost analysis. Providing transportation to and from the dealership and closure to settling the account. Truly a valuable commodity to the dealership and should be valued as such. This service experience was far superior to a previous visit concerning a defective pair of rear hatch arms. The GM recall and replacement of them in November of 2015 and the failure to notify the consumer of a November 2016 GM dealer notification to recalibrate the computer settings created an out of pocket expense that should have not occurred to a life long GM owner for the last 49 years. This was definitely not caused by misuse by the consumer as outlined by other service personnel. More
