Consistently Excellent Service Experiences Since 2006 I've been having my various Hondas serviced here since 2006. I no longer live in WNY, but visit a few times/year & have some service/warranty work don I've been having my various Hondas serviced here since 2006. I no longer live in WNY, but visit a few times/year & have some service/warranty work done from time to time. In all of this time, Service has been excellent all-around. I had a particularly dire situation over the holidays back in Dec. 2017 with my out of warranty 2016 Honda Pilot & Ray Laks came through even through for me in a big way even though I no longer live in the area as evidenced by my license plates so they knew that & still helped me out. Jason Koelemeyer is an absolute asset to Ray Laks & Honda. I literally just bought a 2018 Honda CR-V because of the way Jason & Honda made it right on my 2016 Pilot. I would never have bought a Honda again if my experience was negative. On top of all of this, it was smack in the middle of the Holidays making parts/employees hard to come by, but Jason communicated constantly & I'll never forget what a positive experience it was even though it was a bad situation with the worst possible timing.
