I bought a used car with 55,000 miles and purchased a service contract for $3,500 for five years. I thought I was protected for five years. Well, I'm having issues and reviewed the contract and the term miles is 75,000. I have more miles on my car since its been three years. The term wasn't mentioned during the transaction.
