Ray Price Honda

This is a ongoing problem while driving car the electrical system failed with all safety lights on dashboard turning on. When system goes off the ABS braking system, traction control, and power ste electrical system failed with all safety lights on dashboard turning on. When system goes off the ABS braking system, traction control, and power steering fails. Also noted engine misfiring. This happened when driving on hiway my wife drives the car to work on the hiway this has been a ongoing issue and we have had it to honda 5 times for this exact problem every time except for this last one the say they can not duplicate the problem on the 5th time they wanted to charge her 1300 to fix it but it was covered due to the same issue that has happened just a few months after getting the car something has to be done before we get hurt in the car we are in fear for our safety they have failed to fix this as of yet More

I was greeted as we were walking into dealership. I believe he was the manager. He sent a sales person out right away . Her name was Maria Mordente. . When I decided I could not see myself buying either probably 2 hrs went by. I asked if she had any new Crv touring suv she showed me one did comparison again . Gave me time to think then decided to buy. Needed time to get finance availability. She is probably one of best sales reps I have worked with. She assured me with my minimal down payment my car would be there when I got back in few days. Was great. She helped me so much when I picked up car with few issues . Was little disappointed with attitude of finance person seemed very rude . I did tell him before I left because he was very pleasant and profession with final signing. He apologized and thanked me for telling him . The whole dealership personal seemed very helpful place very clean and non pressure atmosphere will def recommend them but esp Maria .
