A Buy Here Pay Here told me that I had poor credit and couldn't be approved by any bank in the area. They was selling me a 1990 Saturn with novel 100k miles for $10,000. With a biweekly note of $290.00. My son told me to try Ray Price Honda. "Hey you never know!" So afraid I'd bevrejected I called instead of going in, and was directed to Felix Cruz. I briefly told him my story and my sons comments to just try. He made me feel like Mrs. Trump! He took as much information as he could over the phone and made an appointment to meet with me. When I arrived he meet me outside had a list of cars to show me and we went test driving immediately!! In my mind I was joy ridding no way was I going to be approved for a brand new car!!! I picked 2 of my favorite cars and left him with my cell number. Thinking I'd never here from him again. Within the hour Felix called me back saying Your Approved! Which one you want? In 2 hours I was back at the dealership meeting with the finance manager, general manager and what seemed like the entire dealership. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I brought a beautiful White Maxda 3 Sport with tinted windows Amazzing! The next morning Felix called me to ask me how'd I like the car and I told him I loved it, and just couldn't believe I got a new car. Felix replied " "hey you never know until you try." and we both giggled! More

He was friendly and not pushy at all, which we hate. He and the manager worked very hard to get us into a car that suited our wants and needs. It took a while and there was no frustration at all. It actually was a lot of fun going back and forth trying to add this and take away that and finally we got just the car we wanted. They even went to another dealer in NY to get the color that we wanted and did that in a very timely fashion. in two days we had our car and are enjoying it a lot. We love the Mazada and the way it drives and how safe we feel in it. We headed out on Monday morning thinking we will go look at all the crossovers there are and it may take a month or more to do that, but we wanted to make sure we got something we liked. What a wonderful experience we had there, on Wednesday morning we got our new car. Our quest turned out to be a one stop shop with Felix. We will lease for 3 years and then go back and let Felix put us into another lease. Very satisfied with Ray Price Mazda and will recommend Felix to our friends and family. More
