Very disappointed with the title department. They outsource all title work to some please in NY. I have been calling that place and the dealership for months now. I had my truck for about 5 months an outsource all title work to some please in NY. I have been calling that place and the dealership for months now. I had my truck for about 5 months and still don't have my tag that was supposed to be transferred from my other truck. I do not recommend going there it will be a huge headache! More

Just want to say a big thank you to William Capo and Jeff Sullivan. They went way above and beyond in finding the perfect truck for us. They even stayed after hours to ensure we got to take our brand new ram Sullivan. They went way above and beyond in finding the perfect truck for us. They even stayed after hours to ensure we got to take our brand new ram home the day we showed up for it. they were very informative every step of the way with every question we had. Billy even went the distance to change our address on our licenses (my fiancé and I just moved into our new home). Huge thank to the dedication and respect from the staff! Billy Capo at Ray Price Chevrolet (not Ford but there isn't an option to pick Chevrolet)could not have been nicer. My son and I both purchased vehicles last Saturday; these were the 5th and 6th vehicles isn't an option to pick Chevrolet)could not have been nicer. My son and I both purchased vehicles last Saturday; these were the 5th and 6th vehicles I have purchased from ray Price-that in itself should be enough but Bill went above and beyond to find my son the perfect used VW!! Another great experience with Ray Price of Mount Pocono . We have purchased 5 or 6 cars from Ray Price of Mount Pocono over the years.Each time the experience has been great. We have even had one of our daughters come from south Jersey to purchase a car from them.This time we purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger. the sales rep.Billy Capo continued that same experience.He was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and even put up with my wife's little yappy service dog. Billy went beyond what is expected from a sales rep. including explaining the features to me as I am extremely non techno and needed a good explanation of the features. Also Dave Schemm was very helpful with the paper work and in explaining it. The managers of the dealership should be very happy with their performance , the expertise in which they perform their jobs and how they represent Ray Price Auto. I would not hesitate one second to recommend them. More
